What we are looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in related field
• Min 2 years’ experience in improvement of production methods and projects,
• Strong communication skills, cross functional team worker,
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good command of MS Office applications and Statistical Analyze Tools
• Having knowledge of ERP, Netsis,
• Good knowledge of time studies/line balancing/work analysis programs
• Having knowledge of Times and Methods techniques, lean manufacturing applications
• Fluency in English
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Residency or willing to reside in Kayseri

Key Responsibilities  

• Conducting time measurement studies during NPD process
• Identifying of production methods & standard works and fulfilling system
• Following up KPIs (Key performance indicators) relating productivity and efficiency of the processes
• Comparing with standard times and real times , play an active role in Continuous Improvement Project
• Reporting the VAA/NVAA data to productions and track the Project to reduce the NVAA actions
• Supporting and coaching to Kaizen, VSM, Capacity improvement / balancing projects
• Realizing new designs to make improvement studies on the bottleneck processes
• Analysis of equipment & workplace in order to improve  ergonomic and safe work environment
• Being a key player for investments projects and leading them from feasibility studies to execution finalizations
• Conducting time measurement studies in processes and analyze root causes of gaps between theoretical data and actual data
• Using problem solving methods to address internal and external customer expectations
• Leading at superior projects like optimization and improvement of processes and procedures
• Supporting projects on the manufacturing places for efficiency, safety, quality aspects
• Value Stream analysis and design, defining and starting initiatives to eliminate wastes
