QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering,

• Proficiency in written and spoken English,

• Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain Management experience,

• Analytical mindset, strong team management and leadership skills,

• Excellent planning and coordination skills,

• SAP (preferably SAP4HANA) and MS Office programs knowledge,

• Residency in Istanbul, preferably in Asia side.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that the end-to-end order process with the Germany factory and other suppliers for new vehicles are carried out, following up on the logistics operation including import and customs processes,

• Establishing communication between the Sales team and the factory during the order and delivery processes, ensuring coordination regarding timing and delivery flow,

• Ensuring the complete progress of PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), taking quick and accurate action against any problems that may arise,

• Fulfilling and following up on all transportation and delivery needs for all business units, including for new vehicles, spare parts and equipment,

• Managing all Purchasing processes (Strategic, Technical and Indirect), ensuring that they progress in accordance with the company procedures,

• Developing data-driven strategies with the team according to the changing market conditions, designing cost reduction projects, implementing new applications to improve and develop supply chain performance.
