Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably engineering or business administration departments
• Min. 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales expecially in Industrial Truck sector
• Expertise in sales and strategy management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Result and customer oriented personality and ability to work under sales target pressure
• Proof of strong and effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening to the customers
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
• Resident in Istanbul Asian Side
• Willing to travel within Turkey and abroad
  
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Prepare sales strategy for each year and make a plan for target achivement according to the market conditions
• Establish and develop product market strategy, to optimize the relations with the other departments in the company in order to make sales and maximize customer satisfaction
  
• Define and follow up sales team’s target and KPIs for each year
• Approve dealer assignments and organize and manage relations with the dealers. To follow dealer channel sales targets
• Being responsible for Key Account Customers and Dealer Channels
  
• Consult, train and coach Sales Team and contribute their improvement
• Identfy risks and run improvement various projects
• Foster collaboration within STILL Arser and with other group companies
