Spring Professional

• University graduate with qualification in Marketing, Business or similar fields,
• At least 4 years marketing experiences,
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and content creation skills in Turkish and English,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

İŞ TANIMI

• To prepare the annual marketing budget and implement the approved budget,
• Preparing marketing budgets and managing approved budgets by keeping in close contact with domestic and international suppliers,
• To monitor the marketing budget and income and expense balance on a monthly basis and to report to the manager,
• To make suggestions to the manager for the development of marketing strategies, to make customer visits when necessary to take advantage of customer / market analysis, to report the results to the Sales Management and to the General Manager,
• To determine the timing of product and company advertisements and the media tools to be used, to make necessary visual works related to advertisements.
• Translate, check and approve product catalogs and brochures in Turkish,
• Projecting and budgeting product and company promotion organizations and campaigns, coordinating the implementation of the projects whose budgets have been approved from preparation to final phase,
• To complete the campaigns and projects on time and to inform the local team and customers,
• To translate these web sites to MDM platform and to support Antalis web sales with various marketing activities by working in coordination with other departments.
• Managing relationships with the HR Department;
• To monitor the annual performance evaluation processes by providing the translations of the trainings determined by the center within the year and assign them to the required persons and follow the processes
• To work in coordination with the center by making the necessary arrangements on the internal communication website
• To work together with departments for SMR reports prepared on monthly basis to coordinate the sending of future information to the top management by consolidating the relevant reports within their templates.
