Sosyal Yazılım is currently looking for a dynamic, organized, enthusiastic, self-starter Office Manager to join its Istanbul Office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities,
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail,
  •  Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, liaise with facility management for cleaning and security services to ensure that the office is run smoothly,
  • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies, office equipment, kitchen items, and similar supplies for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions,
  • Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, national and international travel arrangements,
  • Organize work safety and company doctor processes,
  • Establish and follow communications on office-related warranty documents, and necessary agreements,
  • Ensure that the office is ready by the determined standards each morning,
  • Establish and follow-up of culture according to R&D center characteristics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Experience with Budget Management,
  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Strong ability to multitask,
  • Advanced planning & organization skills,
  • Pragmatic, flexible and creative approach to problem solving.

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate)
