What skills do you have?

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• The candidates should have attorney
• Attorneyship License and at least 3 years of experience
• Having career objective to work as a lawyer in corporate organizations.
• High communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and convince
• Excellent English communication skills
• Worked in similar positions/tasks

What you will do?

• Preparation of the contracts to which Softtech is a party, keeping the standard contracts up to date
• Coordination and monitoring of legal unit opinions by ensuring the legal checks of all contracts
• Control the compliance of the contracts with the Softtech interests and principles
• Evaluation and reconciliation of related articles of contracts with in-house team
• Managing the negotiation process with the counterparty
• Management of contract signature processes
• Monitoring of contracts, documentation and operation of the archive process
