We are expanding our team in Istanbul, Turkey with 50 new members who will be engaged in international projects.

Soft & Solution is seeking .Net Developers to join our team in Istanbul. This individual will work with the Development Team Leader and will be tasked with completing assigned features on time, resolving issues found by the QA team, and engaging with the Development Team to align on best practices, conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, reusable .NET code including managing source control.
• Utilizing .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements.
• Collaborating with coworkers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.
• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
• Checking code to detect and remedy errors and omissions.
• Testing outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order.
• Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
• Deploying developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience.
• Using clients' feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
• In depth knowledge of application development, and application design
• Demonstrated a high level of understanding in development concepts, technical designs, database designs, application specifications and system integration.
• At least 3 years of .NET application development experience.
• Front End Technologies/Concepts: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Back End Technologies/Concepts: ASP.NET MVC, ASP.Net Core, C# and RESTful API design.
• Relational database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Effective time management. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
