QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job description

  • Coordinate the bank relations on daily basis and optimize the bank accounts
  • Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Preparing weekly petty cash report
  • Follow up maturity of credit facilities; principle and interest payments; preparing Limit-Risk report on daily & weekly basis
  • Preparing weekly and monthly cash movement and cashflow forecast report (cash & liquidity management)
  • Execution of payments (suppliers, tax, employees, etc.) accurately and on time
  • Prework of determining funding needs and establishing credit lines available if necessary
  • Providing the banks with the documents and information, which they need to work for company's limit allocations and financial analysis in a proper and urgent matter.
  • Reviewing loan documents and all agreements with banks and provide executive summary to Finance Direcotor prior signing
  • Working integrated with Accounting and Budgeting departments.
  • Having knowledge about different funding tools (syndication, structured finance, Exim loans,bono/stock export etc.)
  • Having knowledge about derivative products (Forward, IRS, XCCY etc.)
  • Reporting FX and interest rate exposure (from P&L and balance sheet POV), making assessment and take place in hedging process
  • Setup internal controls mechanisms for treasury processes
  • Follow up of economic indicators, in particular exchange rates and provide information and reports to the Finance Director on weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in treasury and cash management, experience in multinational and/or reputable local FMCG companies and/or banking sector is an asset
  • Basic understanding of finance principles
  • Strong oral and written communications skills both in English and Turkish
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills including expertise in MS Excel; user experience with ERP is a plus
  • High analytical thinking, result oriented, problem solving skills
  • Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interact between Finance and other key stakeholders and teams throughout the business and externally
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Preferably Completed military service (male candidates)
