Plant Manager

 We are looking for a Plant Manager to be employed in our factory located in İzmir Çiğli.

General Qualifications:

Graduated from the Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering) departments of universities. 

• At least 10 years of experience in the field of production management in medium and large scale enterprises, 

• Disciplined, successful in human relations, able to manage teams and inter-team coordination, 

• Able to manage teams in line with the goals, 

• Strong planning and organizational skills, having high representation ability, 

• Capable of effective reporting, working fast and result-oriented, 

• Good command of MS Office programs, 

• Good command of English and preferably Russian 

• Residing in or is able to reside in Izmir,

 Job Description:

• Leading the production teams in line with production targets and ensuring coordination between departments, 

• Inspecting and making improvements in the units directly reporting to him/her at the factory, 

• Managing production activities aimed at meeting customer expectations, 

• Ensuring efficiency and performance enhancing activities of the units in line with the available resources, ensuring all regulatory and remedial activities are carried out, 

• Carrying out strategy development tasks and implementation of strategies, 

• Ensuring that the necessary analyzes are carried out in personnel requirement transactions for capacity increase, and carrying out approval procedures, 

• Managing the budget processes of the unit, following up the budget-actual analysis and examining the deviations, 

• Evaluating budget fund control transactions and actions, 

• Ensuring the systems used within the scope of his/her duties are carried out regularly, making improvements to the system whenever necessary, or requesting and following up launching the new systems, 

• Ensuring production maintenance and repair works are carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures and instructions, 

• Creating a daily, weekly, monthly production schedule and submitting it to senior management, 

• Ensuring the knowledge and skill level of the employees are kept high, developing and monitoring their performance, 

• Carrying out the activities required within the framework of occupational safety and quality standards, 

• Carrying out the necessary tasks before and after inspections, taking the necessary action plans, realizing sustainability, and ensuring performance of the necessary inspections, 

• Ensuring constant communication with the regulatory authorities and representing the company before institutions, ensuring that the necessary actions are taken for the work to be performed.
