QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a computer technology corporation focused on Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting software such as e-invoice, e-ledger, e-delivery, SAF-T, SII and similar interfaces& technologies.

For our Business Development and Account Management team we are looking for a ‘’ Key Account Manager‘’ with following qualifications;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 4 years professional experience, preferably in technology industry 
  • Good track record of customer engagement and project management 
  • Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level and be self-motivated 
  • Confident enough to lead the engagements with decision makers, and C-level executives
  • Effective oral presenter
  • Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills 
  • Information of SAP is a plus 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive and maintain operational excellence in client engagement, service delivery and reporting 
  • Lead proposal process for potential clients and follow up the bids. 
  • Participates in contract negotiations through entire negotiation process proactively working with the customer defining contract terms and successfully closing the sale. 
  • Manage the local client relationship to develop long term, sustainable relationships by understanding their needs and expectations. 
  • Be the first contact for client and lead client engagements on a day to day basis.
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level for the resolution of significant issues raised by client 
  • Arrange performance review meetings with the client and use client feedback to improve customer experience together with the management. 
  • Carry out the month-end billing process, profit/loss account and collections for related clients.
  • Produce quarterly management information reports to show client based performance and inform management for the necessity of taking actions to enhance profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate with Project Managers and Shared Service Centre operations to ensure success of the client engagement.
