Export Sales Specialist (Russia Region)

We seek for “Export Sales Specialist” for our Export Department located in İstanbul/DudulluTork main office.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from engineering faculties,
• At least 2 years of experience at Export Sales,
• Advanced level of Russian and preferably a second foreign language (English)
• Familiar with ERP programs, (Preferably IFS)
• Able to travel to abroad frequently,
• Good sales and communication skills,
• Able to initiate team work,
• Result oriented, analytical,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• B type driving license,
• Completed military service for male applicants,

Job Description

• Preparing customer quotations using IFS applications,
• Determining and executing sales policies in the responsible countries,
• Making customer visits to responsible areas,
• Managing the active customers and growing the scale by business development,  
• Following up the sales in countries, competition analysis, preparing the annual sales forecast in line with company strategies,
• Managing the full cycle of export sales process collaborating with other departments,
• Conducting effective site visits related to distributors and markets, planning future actions,
• Keeping oneself updated in export markets and developing appropriate sales  strategies and marketing actions,
• Preparing monthly sales reports,
