Smile Hair Clinic, which has been serving since 2018, continues its activities in its new high-tech clinic building in Ataşehir, Istanbul, with over 100 trained personnel.

Aiming for high quality, Smile Hair Clinic adheres to the principles of excellent customer service and hair transplantation operations, and has adopted the principle of progressing with good teams while carrying out these studies.

We are looking for a "Sales Specialist" to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• At least an associate's degree, preferably a bachelor's degree,
• Having sales team or call center experience in the Health, Hair Transplantation or Aesthetics sectors,
• Knowledge of written and spoken English (an additional language is preferred)
• Improved communication and problem solving skills,
• Able to carry out relevant reporting processes,
• Have strong communication skills in sales and customer relations,
• Able to use written and verbal communication channels at a good level,
• Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and questioning skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Compatible with dynamic work tempo and flexible working hours,
• Giving due importance to corporate identity and brand image,
• Motivated to work towards goals

• To provide current and potential customers with information about hair transplantation services and provide correct guidance,
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions,
• Taking the necessary steps to increase customer satisfaction,
• Identifying potential customer segments and using effective sales skills accordingly
