What you’ll be responsible for:
End-to-end Email and SMS campaign delivery execution: including HTML, uploading data, campaign set up, deployment and reporting on SmartMessage platform.
Following email HTML standards and SmartMessage features.
Making inbox preview tests of all emails on test & live platforms, ensuring accuracy.
Ensuring high inbox deliverability rate for all email campaigns.
Training customers on using SmartMessage platform.
Finding solutions to customer inquiries, or communicating with the related teams to provide the solution.
Keeping track of daily customer and internal tickets on Jira until they are resolved.
Preparing monthly or customer requested delivery reports.
Following up the innovations on email marketing, and updating the internal teams.
Giving feedbacks to the internal teams for product updates and optimizations.
Qualifications:
HTML, HTML5 knowledge
CSS knowledge
Photoshop, Dreamviewer knowledge
SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience with campaign setup, email deployment, delivery monitoring and reporting with an email service provider is a plus
University Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
