TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER/FULL-TIME

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and hard-working candidates to work with us asTechnical Support Engineers at our branch in Turkey. Responsibilities are:

-         Provide 1^st level technical support with remote access and on-site operations

-         Participate in installation and commissioning operations

-         Stay in support capacity and engage out of working hours when necessary

Engineers will be extensively trained on transmission, and core network, and equipment of various vendors, locally and abroad.

Qualifications:

-         New graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a related field; such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications engineering

-         TCP/IP and Network Systems knowledge; SDH/DWDM systems, fiber optics and optical telecommunications knowledge is a plus

-         Good level of spoken and written English

-         Good communication skills

-         Energetic and observer, open to learning

-         Analytical thinking capability

-         Eager to work in telecommunications sector

-         Available to travel both in Turkey and abroad for training and work purposes

-         Ability to encounter customers if necessary

-          Have no restriction to work in 7/24 time based flexible working times

-          Have a driving license (B class) and experience
