We are looking for a highly motivated "Quality Engineer" for our Head Quarter office to strengthen our Technology Development Department.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering faculties from reputable universities
• Knowledge of how to apply problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 8D, Fishbone etc.)
  
• Experienced in monitoring, disseminating, developing and maintaining relevant certifications,
• Experience in the solar energy sector,
• Proficient in using MS Office and SAP programs,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Able to use measuring instruments well,
• Knowing how to use Autocad program,
• Having advanced reporting, documentation and strong communication skills,
• Having problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Careful, disciplined, attention to detail, result oriented,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed,
• Resides in the Anatolian/European sides of Istanbul

Job Description

• Developing and implementing quality standards and control systems
• Overall monitoring and analyzing of Quality Management System performance and Quality Management activities within the company
• To manage all Quality Management Systems and projects like ISO 9001-14001- OHSAS 18001 , 27001 etc.
• Taking the lead in ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
• Making recommendations for improvement
• Working closely with Operations/Production Management to develop controls and improvements
• Working with Production Engineers to provide guidance on Quality Management matters
• Ensuring Internal and external Audits take place on a schedule for the company
