Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree
• Minimum 1 years of experience with Wellness Luxury Hotel experience in the spa OR at least in front office 
• Working knowledge of spa services and products 
• Excellent command on both verbal and written in English
• Basic computer skills 
• Provide exceptional guest service to all clients
• Ability to work on different shifts according to the needs of the operations
  

Scope

• Prepare the Spa Teas/ or health shots for the spa guests. 
• Check the wet facilities frequently for the aromas, temperature, etc. 
• Provide the tea /fruits water etc. to every guest after the treatments or after the steam/Saunas etc. 
• Upsell the hammams or any other treatments to the guests. 
• Ensure that the wet areas and relax areas remain in the best shape possible all the time. 
• Set up the treatment rooms with aromatic towels etc. 
• Handle administrative functions of the spa, including using Spa software, maintaining an inventory of supplies, etc.
