Scope

• Responsible for Kids Club hosts.
• To plan, organize, conduct and create kids’ activities.
• To set up Kids Club room and equipment.
• To make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings.
• To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
• To request and collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
• To handle guest complaints and record all guest comments accordingly
• To present the available activities to each family on arrival.
• To ensure a safe atmosphere for the children.
• To provide an educational yet fun environment for the children
• To record daily requisitions in the balance or record book.
• To create guest profiles and ensures they are not duplicated.
• To reports lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to their manager.
• To establish good guest relations and rapport with all spa hosts and guests at all times.
• To report any breakage or mal function of any items at the spa and follow up on the repair and maintenance.
• To provide high standards of cleanliness in the Kid’s Club area.
• To show enthusiasm and motivation at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduation from relevant field of the university.
• Beneficial to have a pedagogical formation.
• One year or more of experience in a similar role.
• Very good command over spoken and written English.
• Proactivity and originality a must.
• Have a demonstrable artistic talent.
• Be able to create learning stories for children.
• Keep track of latest trends with children.
• Able to promote current educational activities
• Outgoing and friendly disposition.
• Understand and promote local environmental initiatives.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Needs to love the outdoors.
