  • Diploma of university completion from related faculty.
  • Minimum two years of managerial experience in a revenue operation of a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Excellent written and verbal command on English and Turkish.
  • Additional languages are beneficial.
  • Demonstrate competent computer skills.
  • Very good knowledge of PMS/POS system.
  • Very good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality, preferably having resort experience.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional guest relationship skills.
  • Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and in a timely manner.

  • Compile information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
  • Maintain accurate reservation system information.
  • Analyze period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
  • Understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders (owners, corporate, guests, etc.).
  • Explore opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation; challenges existing processes/systems/products to make improvements.
  • Ensure strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives.
  • Ensure that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate.
  • Manage room’s inventory to maximize rooms revenue.
  • Assists with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations to Manager
  • Check distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning.
  • Ensure property diagnostic processes are used to maximize revenue and profits.
  • Provide recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.
  • Supervise and handle all local and overseas room-bookings.
  • Ensure that all reservation requests are replied efficiently.
  • Evaluate the subordinates’ performance and report their progress to superior.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered and updated in the computer.
  • Ensure that the statistic information are all entered and updated in the computer, such as travel agent, commercial etc.
  • Respond promptly on the overbooking situation, close reservation for critical days and inform our associates of situations.
  • Monitor and update internet reservation system in coordinate with respected colleagues.
  • Make daily weekly monthly reservation reports and statistics and ensure they are distributed to the respective departments.
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
