Six Senses Kaplankaya presents a mosaic of architecture, history and art, and is within easy reach many famed archaeological sites. *Position based in Bodrum.

  • Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with resort colleagues. 
  • Supports the corporate office on promotional sales drives.
  • Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the resort is represented.
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within ?the parameters of local law.
  • Responsible for key account management on an assigned account base or geographic area, ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets and increasing fair market share versus competitor set.
  • Responsible for prospecting new accounts.
  • Conduct site inspections.
  • Follow up of tentative bookings in the assigned markets.
  • Detailed knowledge of competitor set.
  • Detailed knowledge of all services provided by the Resort and all relevant facts and figures of hotel.
  • Responsible for timely contracting from the client base responsible for.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in defining an annual sales action plan, execute set actions accordingly and with the preparation of the annual budget by providing statistics and forecasts of account productions.
  • Execute sales actions within set cost budget structure.
  • Update OPERA contact database at all times.
  • Cross sell other Six Senses resorts.
  • Understand, and follow the Company Sales Vision.
  • Sell all facets of the resort.
  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
  • Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis.
  • Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business.
  • Assists with the preparation of new products and services.
  • Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
  • Analyses sales mix and likely impact on resort goals.
  • Stock control of collateral.
  • Collateral input.
  • Execute advertising/creative briefs in a timely manner.
  • Assists in producing, implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved. Creates and implements special programmes to achieve greater productivity through:

    o   Increasing average rate

    o   Increasing occupancy

    o   Increasing business volume during difficult periods

    o   Increasing local food and beverage banqueting sales

    ŸOversees the selling and servicing of group business

    Ÿ  Co-ordinates the development of all promotional material

    Ÿ  Maintains close liaison with Regional/ Corporate Sales teams.

    Ÿ  Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts

    Ÿ  Perform any additional duties as requested by the DOSM.


  • Turkish nationality.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • A Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge of hotel/resort’s policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
  • Good all round knowledge of Hotel operations.
  • Familiar with various Hotel booking platforms, CRM, POS systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Well aware of Bodrum market.
  • Flexible with domestic and regional travel as required.
  • Excellent sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Active personal involvement with the sales strategy/process, with emphasis on continuing to increase visibility and positioning of the hotel.
  • Able to drive revenue management and implement sales initiatives.
  • Ability to manage, train and motivate a variety of people.
  • Able to converse and resolve guest complaints/issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills.
