Scope

• Get all details of the arrivals and departures from the resort or from the airport service supervisor.
• Check all international flight timings as per arrival and departure list from the resort.
• Take the clients to the concern transfer party to arrange transfer to the resort as per the instruction of the resort.
• Accompany the guest until they leave to the resort.
• Inform all necessary information regarding the arrival of the client’s International flights to the resort.
• All the details of the transfer movements to be informed to the resort.
• Follow up on daily arrival and departure arrangements for all guests.
• Make sure that all the arrangements in place for smooth departure transfers.
• Night arrivals to be brought to the concern hotel and take them next day to the airport in time for the transfer.
• Handling of airline reservations of the clients and tickets.
• Purchasing of items for the clients as per the request from the resort.
• Ensure to collect the airline ticket if necessary. Have all the information for perfect arrival & departure experience.
• Make sure to issue a registration card to each guest and suggest filling out in full before they arrive.
• Be very familiar with room amenities. Layout, rate structure and outlets (e.g. Operation hours, menu, promotions, prices, etc.) Facilities and services offered in the Hotel/Resorts.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education is required.
• 1 year of experience and good knowledge of airline procedure and handle of airline tickets.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Software platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of guest related functions and guest service.
• Strong team mentality, and willingness to be of assistance as required.
• Very good command over written and spoken English.
• A second language is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be presentable to display the values of the brand and culture.
• Capability to go out the way to meet the guests needs and wants during arrival & departure experience.
