We are looking forward to working with a team player who will be the "Procurement Manager" of our company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 
• Preferably having an MBA
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, contract management and vendor relations
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
• Experienced negotiator with commercial acumen and a focus on customer orientation at all times with track record of large negotiations
• Experienced understanding of product and supply markets and major market levers for the industry
• Ability to analyze the market and demand situation and commodity influences to develop advanced strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Key skills and abilities include leadership, customer orientation, coaching, influencing, facilitation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving
• Awareness of commercial and contract levers and risks
• Experienced in communication with national and international players
• Full understanding of transaction processing in ERP
• Strong time and project management skills
  
• Fluent in Turkish and English (oral and written)
• Full proficiency of MS Office
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidates will be responsible of:

• Identifying suppliers, comparing prices, specifications, terms and delivery dates 
• Establishing procurement strategies for acquisition
• Preparing Lists of Conditions for Procurement
• Implementing the ERP standards for purchasing, administrative affairs, and foreign trade
• Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics
• Preparing procurement execution plans and overseeing the full array of materials management and procurement functions
• Managing the purchasing, administrative affairs, warehouse, and foreign trade teams
• Reviewing all records, producing management reports, and tracking the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
