Key Account Supervisor

We are looking for a “Key Account Supervisor” to take part in Şişecam Sales Department located in Tuzla / İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, ERP and CRM applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic and analytical thinking ability
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travels
  • Having business development and result-oriented mindset

 

       JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To carry out studies to determine the sales revenues and development strategies related to long-term plans for the marketing of the products,
  • Forward new product and product change requests from the relevant OEM within the company in accordance with the procedures in order to increase sales revenues and develop products and solutions that meet customer expectations, and to follow up the applications,
  • Fulfilling and completing the daily operational tasks directly subordinated on time and with the expected quality,
  • To assist in the management and coordination of tender processes by monitoring customer satisfaction, to create sales volume by finding new opportunities,
  • Performing annual budget and monthly projection work in accordance with OEM requirements,
  • Understand the OEM product needs, to determine the production volume and the capacity suitability, performing annual budget and monthly projection work in accordance with OEM requirements,

1 - 5 years of experience
