International Tax Specialist

Anex Tourism Group is a global group of companies operating in 32 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Caribbean in the fields of Aviation, Tour Operating, Own Network of Travel Agencies, Destination Management Companies and Hotel Management.

We are looking for International Tax Speacialist based in Amsterdam. Necessary requirements described below:

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  
• 2-3 years experience in tax advisory or planning work in a leading multinational with prior Big Four accountancy firm tax experience preferred
  
• Extensive tax planning experience, would be a significant advantage with knowledge of international tax concepts a necessityStrong organization and coordination skills
• Strong team player and excellent influencing skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment and strong process orientation

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain an understanding of the company’s global business developments, investments, activities and business strategies and proactively explore tax planning opportunities
  
• Lead complex tax planning projects and provide timely tax advice to the destinations
  
• Review and analyze the tax effects of proposed business transactions
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant business units to ensure timely communications regarding any transactions that may have tax consequences and tax planning opportunities

• Provide support and advice to the company’s external and internal restructuring activities, including conducting tax due diligence and designing deal structures and presenting findings and recommendations to management
