Factory Acceptance Test Engineer

Smart Infrastructure Distribution Systems Medium Voltage Switchgear Factory (Gebze) is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide! We are searching for a Factory Acceptance Test Engineer in our Global Customer Care team! The role will require to support Project Managers and Customers for medium and low voltage switchgears in Gebze Factory during FAT.

What are my responsibilities?

Supporting technical questions and providing solutions to the customer related with the Switchgear Order,

Running process execution during the FAT,

Supporting different partners (Product Quality Assurance, Factory Quality Control Routine Test, Order Manager) for statistics, CA/PA and fault rectification according to punch list after FAT,

Planning of FAT's and informing related partners,

Coordinating remote FAT with Operations, Sales and Order Execution Teams in coordination with Operation Quality Control and Order Management,

Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Order, Management, Engineering, Production.

Coordinating punch list with OM and QC,

Reporting First Pass Yield @ FAT, QM critical metrics according to customer satisfaction survey.

Supporting Factory Case Manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
     * Minimum 2 years experience in Medium Voltage products, IEC standards and related tests applied in AIS,
     * Knowledge of MV/LV Switchgear portfolio,
     * Advanced English speaking is a must, German is an asset,
     * Very good command of Microsoft office programs,
     * Strong interpersonal skills.

What else do I need to know?
     * Military service should be completed for male candidates.
