QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What are my responsibilities?
- Service Desk is the single point of contact for our internal users and supports user for incidents, problems, or services requests.
- Support users in following topics
- Windows 10 Client Support
- Network services
- Access Management
- Employee onboarding etc.
- Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Information Technologies, Computer Engineering Mathematics or Mechatronics Engineering program.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
