We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Group Manager Production Machines / Application Center and Factory Automation Solution Partner Manager as a double role to join our Factory Automation business unit. As Group Manager Production Machines (PMA) and Application Center (APC) you will be responsible for ensuring market development, customer satisfaction, utilization of the APC with focus on OEMs and growth with achievement of annual sales targets while leading the transformation to the future Factory Automation organization with effective change management, in accordance with the regional and global strategy. As an additional role you will have the responsibility for the Solution Partner network within Factory Automation.

What part will you play?

·       You will be leading the FA PMA&APC segments and have the full responsibility for profit and loss, supporting and developing PMA customers into digital enterprises.

·       You will ensure achievement of sales target figures, maintain forecast accuracy, and develop and drive sustainable strategies to increase market share.

·       You will plan and support application consulting, programming and commissioning on machine projects at PMA and OEM customers of your APC team in the following sectors: metal forming, packaging, wood working, textile, plastics and others.

·       You will closely collaborate and work together with PMA Sales Specialists as well as OEM and Area Sales representatives for OEM customers outside of PMA.

·       You will develop and follow up Customer Development Plans as well as strategic growth plans with your PMA Sales Specialists in line with the business unit strategy.

·       You will do the resource planning and respective HQ reporting for Application Engineers in the field.

·       You will empower your team and lead by example to drive digital transformation, driving the digital enterprise strategy within an ecosystem of sales and technical stakeholders.

·       You will be responsible for the complete onboarding and offboarding process for our Solution Partner and Approved Partner network.

·       You will do audits and Partner Target agreements on site at our Solution Partners on a regular basis together with our Factory Automation segment leaders.

·       You will actively be involved in the implementation of the local and HQ strategy regarding Solution Partners.

·       You will be involved in organizing certification workshops and Solution Partner meetings

·       You will contribute as member to the DI Partner Management Team and be the interface to governance topics from Factory Automation side

·       You will have the full responsibility for our Partner Technical Support Tool

·       You will do regular reportings to HQ regarding our Solution Partners

What you need to make real what matters.

·        BSc. İn Electric, Electronic or Control Engineering. Supplementary business management qualification would be advantageous. Min. of 5 years of experience within the OEM sector

·       Product portfolio know how regarding SIMATIC, TIA-Portal, SIMOTION and SINAMICS

·       Experience with Partner Program of Siemens

·       Empathy and passion, living digital transformation as a role model

·       Growth Mindset and passion to motivate team members and colleagues

·       Skilled in leading cross functional teams and proactively driving business topics

·       Business fluent in English and Turkish,

·       Willingness to travel
