Japanese Translator

Shimizu İstanbul Office is looking for a full-time Japanese Translator  located at İstanbul, Ümraniye

Responsibilities:

• Japanese Translation and Interpretation for a Japanese Construction Projects
• Interpreting for meetings, interviews, and live discussions
• Translation of documents as necessary
• Leading and managing reception and office coordination services,
• Welcoming and greeting visitors as needed,
• Handling incoming calls and communications,
• Scheduling and maintaining a calendar for appointments and meetings,  
• Organization of teleconferencing and video conferencing sessions,
• Help day to day running of the office,
• Organization and control of office maintenance, repair, and cleaning,
• Tracking of domestic and international cargos and archiving the waybills,   
• Supporting IT & Marketing Reports
• Perform additional accountabilities as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields 
• Candidates should have at least 3 years and over of experience with Japanese translation and interpretation in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and carrying at least N2 preferably N1 certificate
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point
• Proactive, self-disciplined and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic to work in a multicultural work environment
• Excellent time management with strong follow-up
