QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shell Petrol A.S is 100% subsidiary of Shell & Turcas Petrol A.S which is managing the company operated site platform in Turkey.

Mobility Sales and Acquisition Area Manager (İstanbul- Batı) will be responsible for managing around 10-15 Retail sites under Shell Petrol A.Ş’s responsibility which are being operated by its experienced RBA ( site operator )  network .   This role will also responsible for e2e territory management including site investment decision processes, excellent site operations and management of RBA platform in related region.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose & Accountabilities:

- To achieve territory sales volume ( fuels and non-fuels), business profitability and HSSE targets.

- To maximize profitability balanced with maintaining growth and meeting business targets.

- To manage investment proposal processes and keep close relationships with landlords.
- To implement the customer value proposition that maximizes profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory.
- To manage site P&L by closely following site based-Opex and other cost items.
- Implementation of sales policies, delivery of operational KPI’s
- Effective management of RBA’s, maximize their potentials and coach them to achieve their business plans.  
- Ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized.

- Working according to ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO27001 Information Security Management principles

An experienced retail / sales professional (at least 3-5 years) in the respective areas with knowledge about all interfaces within retail and with other line of businesses.

·       Fluency in English, valid driving licence and computer (MS) literacy,

·       Skill level of customer understanding, HSSE and negotiation,

·       Working knowledge level of financial table analysis (P&L, profitability analysis),

·       Excellent relationship building and communication skills
