QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya's franchise portfolio includes Bath and Body Works, Le Pain Quotidien, Pinkberry, Shake Shack, Starbucks, The Body Shop, Victoria's Secret and Victoria's Secret Beauty & Accessories in Turkey.

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Digital Marketing Manager to join its Starbucks Divison

 
  • Creating, defining and implementing the digital strategy and online communication plan of the brand.
  • Managing the social media content and touchpoints as well as related influencer marketing projects.
  • Manage digital ads campaigns that focus primarily on lead generation, to monitor the performance, offer and take actions that will increase the performance.
  • Manage the brand web site and optimize brand’s digital ads through Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Manage and leverage the mobile application and loyalty program of the brand in terms of content, design, user experience and communication.
  • Keep track of the new technologies in digital marketing so that the brand is always up to date of new trends and technologies.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget of the brand.
  • Handle the relations with the digital & event agencies, evaluate their performance and leverage ROI.
  • Plan & execute the marketing & digital communication of non-retail channels and projects of Starbucks brand. (ex. Starbucks Loyalty Program/ Mobile App, Corporate Social Responsibility Project, Events, Branded Solutions communication)
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing and digital marketing as well as interactive communication channels,
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Digital marketing & Marketing,
  • Background in retail marketing and/or digital marketing agency a plus,
  • Experience in working with global brand and digital marketing agencies,
  • Team-work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded,
  • Detail-oriented and an excellent problem-solver,
  • Ability to multi-task,
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive,
  • High analytical skills, expert in analysing data and prepare reports,
  • Adaptive, creative and energetic, collaborative mindset. 

Preferred Candidate

8 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Exempt, Completed
