Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for IT Supervisor to join its Information Technology Department.

• Experience with web and mobile technologies, AWS in terms of product development and IT processes,
• Experience in working directly with IT teams and stakeholders to gather clear business requirements and compile user stories, 
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories, epics and acceptance criter,
• Understand the needs and priorities of stakeholders, including customers and users; act as voice of the customer,
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams,
• Implement new product features as tracking trends, 
• Develop KPI concepts, dashboards and measure the impact of newly released features with Data-Driven mindset,
• Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail, 
• Ability to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues,
• Produce documentation and training to support stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field,
• Min 5 years of experience (3+ years in similiar role)
• Strong technical background - preferably has coding experience,
• Great interest in technology, industry and trends,
• Good at market research and competitor analysis,
• Strong sense of responsibility,
• Creative thinker, good at ideation,
• In-depth knowledge and experience in agile process and principles,
• Strong communication, presentation, decision-making and leadership skills,
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements,
• Fluent in English.
