Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Social & Digital Media Executive to join itsVictoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works brands.

·         Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
·         Minimum 3 years of experience in social and digital media management (social is a must),
·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,
·         Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital and social media,
·         Good communication and social interaction skills,
·         Innovative thinking ability and positive attitude,
·         Multi-tasking and eager to work as a part of a team,
·         Customer focused, ability to lead / drive change,
·         Good communication and analytical skills, strategic point of view, presentable,
·         Familiarity with Social media tools,
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications,

·         Military obligation completed for male candidates,

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Be responsible of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works brands, 
·         Prepare the local social media calendars according to guidelines and adapt the global calendar,
·         As the admin of the social media accounts, reply to all comments and messages on time aiming a strong response rate,
·         Maintain a strong online company voice through social media,
·         Be creative with local content solutions and strategical plans with the marketing team,

·         Brief and manage the digital media agency on paid digital and social actions,
·         Manage digital agency in updates of the Victoria’s Secret Turkey website page,
·         Prepare assets and organize SMS & Emailing’s according to the marketing plans,
·         Work closely with global partners, attend all necessary meetings and calls with the team,
·         Closely monitor and analyze digital-social plans & activities with relevant KPIs and take part in recommendations accordingly,

·         Follow-up of the social, digital, SMS, email etc. spendings and invoices to ensure all is implemented on time,

·         Look through the daily digital media coverage reports for social listening and report any important highlights,
·         Provide know how on relevant digital trends, insights and opportunities by scouting new agencies, key vendors' (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube etc..) opportunities, competitive initiatives, local best practices within Shaya and Lbrands,
·         Continuously track new digital & social media happenings and share all new & relevant learnings with brand marketing team,
·         Be a part in preparing the PR plans with the agency according to the global brand strategies,
·         Take active role in creating local PR projects to strengthen brand awareness,
·         Work closely with creative agencies, digital media agencies, PR agencies etc. ,
·         Report to the Marketing Manager and actively work together on responsibilities.
