QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Human Resources Specialist to join its Human Resources Department.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration,Economy,Industrial Engineering, Social Science) 
  • Minimum 3 years level experience, preferably in retail sector, 
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Planning and organization ability,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office applications.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supports and delivers people development, performance management and succession planning strategies to build store employees’ skills, knowledge and competency to deliver future organizational capability,
  • Prepares performance system infrastructure
  • Closely follows up performance development plans of store employees,
  • Manages field promotion request management system,
  • Takes significant part in exit processes,
  • Manages disciplinary processes of store personnel,
  • Prepares personnel turnover and other ad-hoc reports and develop action plans at relevant points,
  • Supports seniority awarding processes of store staff,
  • Works closely with both sides to build a strong relations and communication between stores and business units.
