We are looking for a Butler.

As Butler, we rely on you to

• Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
• Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient hotel operation
• Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
• Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
• Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who;

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Has at least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in the Front Office Department a plus
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Has a can-do and positive attitude
• Communicates with fluency in English and local language
• Has no fear of challenges
• Has strong team work skills
• Has good knowlegde on Fidelio and Office programs
• Is preferably university graduate
