Job Description & Responsibilities:

Complete recruitment processes in accordance with the recruitment procedure of the company,

Publishing postings on career portals, monitoring processes and creating a candidate pool,

Evaluation of applications and recruitment requests regarding the required position in accordance with the expected job description and criteria,

Planning interviews, conducting talent and competency-based interviews, applying inventories, providing reference checks,

Interview organizations,

To follow-up the Two and Six-Month Trial / Evaluation forms,

To prepare and update all documents based on duty, to make necessary reports

Requirements:

Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment,

Have a good level of English,

Competence-based interview techniques,

Have effective communication skills, prone to teamwork,
