Job Description & Responsibilities:

To coordinate the direct and agency sales, processing them into the system and following up the payment, 

To follow up the payment for early reservation and other actions,

Monthly statistical studies; To create room and bed overnight reports according to agencies, room types and nationalities and presenting them to the Growth Management department,

To ensure that the signed contracts are entered into the system with all their details when necessary, coordinating the follow-up of the quota and discount rates with the sales managers,

To answer individual questions received by phone and e-mail, ensuring their follow-up and converting them into sales with the maximum price and room category,

To ensure that all special and VIP requests of the guests are properly registered in the system and the necessary information is provided,

To controll reservations made during the shift to ensure that all reservations are recorded correctly,

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel Management,

At least 5 years experiences in the field,

Fluent level of English language and Russian language are required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job,

Advanced skills in various computer software and Fidelio knowledge,

Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure,

Excellent organizational skills,

Ability to handle multiple tasks,

Self-motivated,

Experience both in monitoring and managing OTA,
