Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the entire team is informed about daily operations,

To protect, develop and monitor all operational equipment and materials,

To follow up and support the sales increasing activities of the front office personnel towards the guests,

Helping to follow the daily and weekly room planning,

To make the necessary follow-up and authorizations in the department in order to keep all kinds of information and documents related to guests, employees and facilities confidential and not to be shared with third parties,

To provide complete information transfer to their superiors,

To maintain the hierarchy within the desk and to ensure order,

Requirements:

Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays,

Familiarity with resort check-in software “Fidelio” & Microsoft Office Programs ( Excel, Word, e.t.s),

Highly motivated, dynamic, open to development and learning,

Friendly and welcoming demeanor,

Prone to teamwork & Excellent verbal communication skills,
