Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensuring the implementation of front office procedures,

Organizing weekly work plans and monthly payrolls,

Ensuring that daily briefings are implemented for all shifts,

Ensuring that the entire team is informed about daily operations,

In accordance with the standards, the personnel should wear uniforms, costumes, daily care, etc. to follow up the personnel,

Contributes to ensuring that the front office department provides quality guest service at the highest standard.

Follow, support and inform the sales-enhancing activities of the front office personnel towards the guests.

To follow the daily and weekly room planning,

To increase work efficiency by monitoring and monitoring the daily routines of the personnel,

To ensure that the necessary steps are taken for the training, orientation and development of new personnel,

Requirements:

Graduated from the tourism and hotel management departments of universities,

2 years of experience in a similar position,

Proficient in MS Office programs,

Strong human relations, capable of teamwork, keeping guest satisfaction in the foreground and disciplined,

Team building, training, supervision and problem solving skills

Experienced in using, reporting and managing a Front Office program

Ability to analyze guest requests, complaints and suggestions accurately and produce quick solutions,

Analytical thinking and leadership skills,

Developed communication skills, successful in human relations,

Able to adapt to dynamic work pace,

Visionary, smiling and presentable,
