Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 40 stores and online. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Construction Manager” with the following skills and qualifications;

• To carry out the architectural drawing, process and implementation of Sephora stores
• Discussing detailed projects with the architectural and construction global team and obtaining their approvals
• Conducting negotiations with companies and organising construction contracts
• Construction detailed work scheduling, minimisation of risks during construction, escalation of related issues and excellence in coordination
• Determining quantities for material purchases (furniture -nomenclature-, ceramics, lighting etc.) required for the projects, obtaining quotations and invoicing
• Budget controls of the projects and delivery of the work within the total budget given
• Providing architectural support for maintenance and repair works

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture,
• 7 years experience,
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
• Strong communication, decision making ability and presentation skills,
• Self-disciplined, analytical and multitasking.
