This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and fast growing fragrance company. As a Fragrance Sales Support Specialist your role is to support driving profitable sales growth with the sales team, by identifying customer needs and opportunities, building solid customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (Business administration, Economics, Chemical Engineering)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or French/Arabic is an asset
• Preferably 2+ years of sales support experience
  

MAIN TASKS

• Support projects and work closely with the sales team to introduce the best fragrance and services to customers’ briefs.
• Support fragrance development projects in cooperation with technical teams and perfumers.
• Monitoring all orders process: create new orders, track orders, share the order confirmation, follow shipping issues
• Follow sample operations (order, follow up, share with the customer)
• Providing the necessary coordination in order to provide better service to sales team
• Helping to finalize the projects followed by the sales unit of the company,
• Ensuring rapid communication between the Account Managers and the company,
• Be in contact with regulatory departments for any changes; customer requests according to the local regulations update.
