QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


 

Qualifications ;

 

  • University degree in engineering.
  • At least 5 years' experience in quality.
  • Knowledge and experience in quality and management standards ( ISO 9001, ISO27001, ISO14001, IATF 16949).
  • Knowledge and experience in BSCI / SEDEX, ISO 26000 standards and also should be aware of ethical issues.
  • Knowledge of quality core tools, ( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.)
  • Advanced skills in English.
  • To have good management skills and also to be a good team player.
  • have a good analytical mind, problem-solving capacity and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving methodologies (8D, 5W, Ishıkawa diagram, …)
  • To have experience of lean philosophy ( PDCA, 5S, Visual Factory, Just in time, kaizen….ETC )
  • MS office skills.
  • No military obligation.
  • Located in Kocaeli.


Job Description; 
 

  • Managing customer complaints and supplying smooth communications.
  • To prepare and develop “Key Performance Indicator” for Quality.
  • Managing all audits (internal and external.), following action plans and ensure timely closure.
  • To support and lead quality cost reduction activities (scrap, rework, sorting...etc.)· 
  •  Managing quality issues during the new projects launch.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to achieve better results.
  • Participating continuous improvement activities (5S, Visual factory, kaizen, suggestion system…etc )
  • Improving the quality management system in the facility according to customer needs, quality and corporate standards.
  • To ensure that all quality reports are made accurately and on time.
  • Improvement and Implementation of problem solving methodologies.
  • Support standardization activities for improvement of business outputs.
  • Review and Improving Quality test standards.
  • Improve and manage supplier development program according to corporate standards.
  • Management of quality teams and activities.
