In this context, we are looking for a 'Quality Manager' who will add value by joining the team that will carry our group's business to the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduation with engineering background,
• Has minimum 5 years experience as Quality Manager (both control & assurance) in automotive industry as Tier 1 or Tier 2,
• Experience in plastic injection, assembly and painting is preferred,
• Good stress management,
• Having strong communication skills,
• Requires good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Knowledge about laboratory & test equipments,
• ISO 16949 , ISO 14001 knowledge,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residency in or close to Kocaeli area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing and implementing all necessary studies to ensure a quality system based on customer satisfaction, ISO/TS IATF 16949 and ISO 14001,
• Coaching, guiding and supporting employees in order to achieve the company, department and personal goals,
• Developing and maintaining all technical / management systems and functions,
• Following all quality problems of customers, internal and suppliers. Prepare action plans,
• Ensuring the implementation of all necessary activities and controls to prevent quality errors,
• Working in harmony with cross functional organizations within the scope of project management,
