Requirements

• at least  three years of experience on logistic, freight forward, export, import position, preferably in international company
• excellent English language knowledge 
• experience with export and import custom brokerage procedures (declarations, applying for import/export permissions, temporary import and export procedures)
• knowledge and experience of  MAPEG procedures and applications will be an advantage
• MS office program knowledge
• Professional communication level with different and international suppliers and colleagues
• Team player and ability to adjust herself/himself for other duties not specificly mention in his/her job description
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Management skills within his/her scope of duties
• Punctuality and fast reaction

Duties

• Daily follow up of all Purchase Orders
• Daily updating status of all Purchase Orders and reporting to company management
• Daily communication with other purchaser colleagues in different country offices
• Daily communication with our freight forward agent and custom broker
• Monthly freight forward and custom brokerage costs follow up and analysis
• Advising and implementing improvements for cost reduction and process speed-up
