QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Based on our new investments in our company, we are looking for an "Export Specialist" to work in our headquarters in Istanbul, within our growing team:

 

Must-Have Features

 

• Having a significant export experience in the elevator market

• One of the candidates has a good command of English and Russian, the other has a good command of English and Arabic,

• Being able to use written and verbal communication channels effectively,

• Having a tendency towards cooperation and teamwork,

• Having the ability to produce solutions to problems,

• Being familiar with foreign trade legislation,

• To have knowledge about legal regulations,

• Having planning and organizational skills,

• Proficiency in MS Office programs,

• Male candidates must have completed their military service,

• No restrictions on domestic or international travel,

• Graduation from universities and vocational schools, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Foreign Trade or related departments is required.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Providing all necessary support to relevant departments for the preparation of relevant documents, including contracts and customs documents for export operations,

• Managing all transactions from receiving or creating orders to shipping and delivery,

• Working with the R&D department on technical data received from customers,

• Obtaining prices through the SAP system and preparing a price offer to be sent to the customer,

• Sending the orders of agreed works to the factory via the SAP system,

• Following up the shipment with the relevant departments as well as the transportation organizations,

• To follow the payments of suppliers or customers,

• Following up invoicing transactions with relevant departments,

• Ensuring the accuracy of order, tax and customs documents,

• Carrying out correspondence and necessary communication with customers,

• To maintain and expand the customer portfolio,

• To closely follow the markets and economies of the countries within the scope of duty,

• Contributing to new strategies to be developed by conducting market, customer, consumer and competitor analyses,

• To monitor and report the performance and profitability of the company's products or services,

• Evaluating the activities and sales of the company,

• Ensuring information flow between relevant departments and managers,

• To determine the promotional and marketing tools to be used to achieve sales targets,

• Creating regular reports regarding department activities and presenting them to the department manager and executive(s),

• Organizing international fairs and company visits and participating in events with the Corporate Communications Department.
