·        Bachelor degree in Law; Master degree is an advantage

·        10  years of professional experience in a multinational company (preferably in food sector) or an international law firm

·        Knowledge and experience in reviewing and executing business contracts

·        Knowledge of  Commercial, Corporate, Competition, Real-Estate, Labour Law, Capital market and Debt Law ( knowledge of the Regulation on Foodstuffs will be preferable)

·        Litigation knowledge and practice

·        Eager for learning and self-development

·        Dynamic, self motivated and solution provider

·        Computer proficiency

·        Very good command of written and spoken English, German is an asset

Job Description

·        Provide legal consulting to the Company on all sort of legal issues.

·        Drawing up agreements related to the departments and hands-on advice with daily legal business.

·        Monitor all company-related civil, criminal and administrative court cases, insurance compensation procedures and enforcement procedures.

·        Carry out procedures related to the company`s meeting of shareholders, changes to the company statutes, establishment. of subsidiaries, etc, to prepare the Resolutions of the Board of Directors (YKK), and to ensure their registration, etc

·        Prepare the Legal Risks Report.

·        Prepare all company-related contracted and to check them.

·        Daily monitor the Official Gazette and to inform the relevant departments about changes to the legislation.

·        To take initiative and act pro-actively when necessary.
