Production Plant Director

We're looking for a "Plant Director" for our production plant in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA or advanced degree preferred,
• Minimum 15 years of experience in plant management, especially in cosmetics or pharmaceutical,

• Expertise in leading manufacturing operations, including production planning, safety initiatives, production and scheduling, product control and product optimization,
  

• Coordinate, implement production schedule and ensure product quality to meet with relevant specifications, reach the quality and quantity of the yearly production objectives according to production schedule,
• Design, review and approve budgets throughout manufacturing operations, prepare budgets and justifications for short and long-term projects,
• Define, direct and execute innovative cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives related to the manufacturing process,

• Establish department quality objectives, make sure all GMP related regulations and procedures are strictly performed,
