Skills & Experience

  • Excellent academic background with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or BS degree in Management/Industrial Engineering plus a master's degree in Marketing,
  • Min 15 years of work experience with 7 years at Marketing Manager position,
  • Experience in Real Estate is a plus,
  • Experienced in brand and product management, digital marketing, traditional marketing, CRM, events, brand and customer research, sponsorship management, advertised on TV, written / visual media, advertising and media relations management
  • Having strong leadership skills,
  • Dynamic professional with strong communication and influencing skills,
  • Having strong analytical and conceptual skills,
  • Having strong reporting and presentation skills,
  • Creative and innovative,
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Passionate team player with ability to deliver great results,
  • High adaptation and accountability, agressively result-oriented,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Military service completed for male candidates

Responsibilities

  • In line the company’s vision and mission, develop and execute marketing, innovation and communication strategies/plans
  • Creation and management of marketing plan and budget,
  • Perform to increase the company's market share by analyzing the sector and market,
  • Developing long term marketing strategies to deliver agressive growth,
  • Developing action plans through analysing data and trends,
  • Leading all 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, digital agencies,
  • Manage advertising and digital marketing activities, follow-up sales reflection
  • Manage sponsorship contracts,
  • Manage media relationships for news publication about the company
