QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


-University graduate from related departmens, (preferably business / marketing or engineering)

-Excellent command of written and spoken English,

-Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in retail sector,

-Having knowledge of Google tools such as SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, advertising tools, CRM practices and campain management,

-Good knowledge of current digital marketing and e-Commerce trends,

-Analytical thinker, well-developed problem solving skills,

-Entrepreneurial and international mindset, ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment,

-Experienced in team management,  

-Proficient in Ms Office applications ,

-Time management – ability to work autonomously to deadlines,

-Excellent presentation, strong communication and relationship building skills,

-No military service restriction for male candidates.


 JOB DESCRIPTION

-Determining and implementing e-commerce strategies,

-Planning annual and periodic budgets, management of such in line with the determined targets,

-Following the sector and performing competitor analyses,

-Campaign management,

-Analyze and evaluate traffic and sales conversion data to improve effectiveness of online content and marketing campaigns,

-Increase online customers and brand knowledge also managing consumer relations coming through the online sales, 

-Analysing the needs and suggestions of the customers and producing quick solutions to exceed their expectations,

-Using the web analytics tool, monitor and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives and identify ways in which to apply to future activities and optimize efforts, 

-Keep each marketplace and the website updated with the latest products and promotions,

-Ensuring coordination with digital marketing agencies and other solution partners,

-Determining the probable errors and process improvement needs through regular controls. 

-Preparating daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
