Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in Finance
• Have at least 4 years of financial reporting experience;
• Have strong knowledge and working experience of tax accounting procedures and IFRS reporting practices;
• Be proficient with an enterprise accounting software and financial reporting applications as well as Microsoft Excel;
• Audit experience in a top audit firms is desirable.
• Should have strong soft skills, with fluency (spoken and written) in Turkish and English;
• Should be detail-oriented and analytical problem solver;
• Organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize workload and to supervisory finance team.
• For male applicants: Military Service has to be completed or exempted. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of internal management reporting requirements
• Actively participate and advise in the installation & implementation of a new accounting software;
• Supervise financial and tax accountants in day-to-day activities and contribute to their professional development plans;
• Assist with accounting close procedures, including creation of analytic reports and special projects relating to specific account balances and procedures;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual management reports and IFRS financial statements;
• Assist in technical accounting research related to the proper application of accounting pronouncements and guidance, including the implementation of new accounting pronouncements;
• Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed;
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
