QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a leading multinational company in the cardboard wrapping sector, is looking for a “ Sales Coordinator” who manages and directs all sales activities in Turkey and abroad. His/her task is it, to lead all Sales Executives (in Turkey and abroad) efficient, to instruct them goal-oriented and to develop them for achieving the greatest possible successes and personal growing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ of sales experience preferably in cardboard wrapping sector
- Preferably worked at global organizations and experienced at managing cluster/regional relations inTurkey and abroad
- Proven financial and business acumen and strong analytical capability, keeping up to date with competitor information and market trends, identifying business opportunities for the COMPANY at all times demonstrating financial awareness, controlling costs and added value
- Broad understanding of all elements of the sales mix from production operations to marketing and brand
- Turkish language is mandatory
- Excellent English skills, Arabic or Russian is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP applications
- No travel restriction and also active driver
- No military obligation

- Resident in/ being able to resident in European side of İstanbul.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an integrated sales strategy across COMPANY’s network, ensuring the alignment with the local and global strategy for sales
- Strong relationship management with all regional offices in Turkey and abroad and also ensure smooth communication and exchange of information
- Continually assessing the competitors’ activity to anticipate issues and provide proactive solutions
- Devise sales budget and profit forecasts, ensure achievement of sales and profit targets
- Actively managing fairs calendar
- Managing expansion strategy, meeting with the clients and carry out negotiations of the sales process with them
- Following up the all clients by monitoring existing portfolio and extension processes
- Feasibility studies (data acquisition, market search, location intelligence, customer segmentation etc.)
- Lead continuous improvement of “smart” reporting capability, monitor and analyze commercial and operational KPIs
- Cultivate strong relationships with all customers
- Motivating and engaging sales teams in Turkey and abroad and enabling them to feel empowered, inspired and connected to the business vision
- Provide guidance and coaching to proactively build knowledge and skills to achieve business objectives
- Visiting the customers, sharing best practices, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, promoting corrective actions and following-up the related sales plans
- Supports all Sales Executives in Turkey and abroad as an active business partner in the management and development of the business
- Act as a key player in Company’s Turkey and abroad Sales Team, always serve as a role model for the Company’s values
- Maintain an effective collaboration with all the Departments to ensure an aligned and successful commercial outcome.
