QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading multinational company in the cardboard wrapping sector, is looking for a “Regional Sales Executive for Africa and Middle East” for acquiring new customers and expanding geographical sales territory in Africa and Middle East.

 Qualifications:

  • University-level education, master’s degree preferred
  •  A proven track record of a minimum of 8 - 10 years in export sales function within multinational     firms
  •  Experience in cardboard wrapping is an asset 
  •  Knowledge in related regulations ( customs rules etc..)
  •  Experienced in international contracts management, business development and market searches
  •  Seasoned executive in budgeting, pricing and financial analysis
  •  Proven “foreign trade practices” skills
  •  Self-starter, achiever, target and challenge driven individual with strong sense of customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in written and verbal Arabic, English and Turkish
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP applications 
  • No travel restriction and also active driver
  • No military obligation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Reporting and analytical thinking skills
  • Problem solving and customer-oriented thinking
  • Resident in/ being able to resident in European side of İstanbul.  

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting all sales activities in relevant countries
  • Managing relations with existing customers, developing customer portfolio and creating new customers
  • Developing strategies and suggesting changes which will help bring about more profit and improved sales
  • Prepare quotation for the target market  
  • Organizing customer visits
  • Planning promotional activities, participating in global / regional fairs and managing product promotions in showrooms
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annually sales reports and present them to the General Manager.
